SPA etiquette refers to certain norms and rules worth knowing before your visit — things you might hesitate to ask.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your SPA treatment to avoid crowds and reduce the risk of catching a cold. This will also give you time to relax and enjoy the SPA atmosphere.
- At the beginning of your treatment, inform the SPA staff about any health conditions (such as allergies, recent surgeries, medications, etc.) that may affect your treatment. This helps ensure your safety and comfort.
- Please do not bring electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) into the SPA area. Take this time to be present, disconnect, and fully engage in the experience.
- You’ll find a robe and disposable slippers in your room. Please wear them when attending treatments or visiting the pool and sauna areas. For your convenience, robes, slippers, and towels are also available in the SPA changing rooms.
- For kinesiotherapy sessions, please wear appropriate clothing, socks, and footwear. For physiotherapy or dry massage procedures, socks are required.
- A warm shower before the treatment helps your body relax and enhances your overall experience.
- Have a light snack before your treatment, so you’re neither too full nor hungry.
- Please remove all jewelry before your procedure.
- If you’ve booked a massage or body treatment or plan to visit the sauna, we recommend drinking more water. Staying hydrated will boost detoxifying effects.
- Communicate with your therapist – let them know if you’re feeling cold, hot, uncomfortable, or if you’d like to adjust the lighting or music.
- Alcohol and treatments don’t mix – avoid alcohol before and immediately after your SPA procedures.
- Avoid shaving or waxing on the day of your treatment, especially before exfoliation – the products used might irritate your skin.
- We recommend arriving without makeup for facial treatments.
- If you’re pregnant, please inform the staff – they will help you select safe and suitable procedures.
- For facial treatments, please mention if you wear contact lenses.
- If you’re experiencing a cold, fever, or feel unwell, it’s best to postpone your treatment.
- To respect your own and others’ relaxation, please keep noise to a minimum in SPA areas.
- After your treatment, we invite you to our relaxation room to rest and enjoy a cup of tea.
- NOTE: You may cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 4 hours before the scheduled procedure. If you do not show up and fail to notify us, the treatment will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
