Steam room with aromas of medicinal plants
Turkish bath or hammam. The herbal steam bath maintains a temperature of 45-55 °C and a relative humidity of around 95%. Suitable for those who like a pleasant heat.
The heat and moisture open and cleanse the skin’s pores, helping to remove toxins. Moist air liquefies mucus and improves its removal from the airways.
The scents of medicinal plants used in the sauna have a positive effect on health.
Therapeutic effects of steam baths: thermoregulating, sweating, exercising the body and blood vessels, stimulating metabolism, regulating the immune system, anti-inflammatory, bronchodilating.

Dry air sauna
Often called a sauna. It maintains a temperature of 80-95 °C and a relative humidity of 8-15%. In a dry-air sauna, it’s nice to warm up after a dip in the pool and dive back into the cool water. The change in temperature is good for circulation, mood and immunity.
The heat of dry air promotes sweating and the removal of metabolic products. The heat helps to relax the muscles and is therefore recommended after intense exercise, for athletes and in case of muscle tension.
It is recommended to stay in the sauna for up to 10-15 minutes and then cool down.
Therapeutic effects of the sauna: thermoregulatory, sweating-inducing, metabolic, vasodilating, immune-regulating, psychostimulating, anti-inflammatory, bronchodilating.
